Job Ready

Job Ready, a collaboration between the International Labor Organization (ILO) and AWTAD, addressed youth unemployment by equipping graduates with skills needed for Egyptian job market demands. Engaging with companies, the program assessed employment needs and facilitated recruitment and skill enhancement processes. Participants gained valuable experience through a one-week job-shadowing and two days of career training.
